Who is responsible?

TheraPi CRM is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. Questions or rights requests can be sent to hello@therapimassage.se.

What do we collect?

• Name, email address, business name and team size.
• What you choose to tell us about the needs of the business.
• Limited technical security data, such as a short-lived or hashed network identifier, to prevent abuse.

Why and on what basis?

We use the data to answer your request, arrange a demo and provide the follow-up you asked for. Processing is based on your consent and, when you request a quote or onboarding, steps before a possible contract. You may withdraw consent for future contact at any time.

How long do we keep it?

An unanswered or completed demo request is normally kept for no more than 12 months. If the conversation becomes a customer relationship, relevant records may instead be covered by the customer agreement and applicable accounting or legal requirements.

Recipients and transfers

Service providers may process data on our behalf for hosting, databases, security and email. We do not sell contact details. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, an applicable transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards are used.

Your rights

• Request access, correction or erasure.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
• Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The product demo

The public product demo uses synthetic client records and is isolated from real customer databases. Do not enter real patient, client or health information into the demo.
